1. Overview
At Bridgelyx, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order and request a refund. Please read it carefully before placing an order, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy. This policy is part of and should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
2. No Automatic Renewals
Important Notice
ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY BRIDGELYX ARE ONE-TIME PAYMENTS. WE DO NOT OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS, RECURRING BILLING, OR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF ANY SERVICE. YOU WILL NEVER BE CHARGED AGAIN WITHOUT EXPLICITLY PLACING A NEW ORDER AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT.
If you wish to renew a time-limited service — such as Registered Agent coverage after the first year included in your formation plan — you must contact us proactively at info@bridgelyx.com at least seven (7) business days before the service expiration date.
3. Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund of our service fee within 24 HOURS of payment, provided that processing of your order has not yet begun.
You can verify the current status of your order at any time through your Client Dashboard. Orders in "Pending" or "In Review" status are eligible for cancellation.
Once your order status changes to "Processing" or any subsequent stage, cancellation is no longer available.
4. What Is Refundable
The following are fully refundable if requested within the 24-hour cancellation window AND processing has not yet begun:
- Our service fee for any formation plan (Remote, Essential, or Scale).
- Our service fee for any à la carte service.
We refund 100% of our service fee — no management fee or handling charge is retained.
5. What Is NOT Refundable
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

STATE FILING FEES
Fees paid to any U.S. state or government agency on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted to the government. These fees are beyond our control and cannot be recovered.

DOMAIN REGISTRATION & EMAIL SETUP
Once a domain name is registered or business email accounts are created in your name, these fees are non-refundable as registration is immediate and irrevocable with the domain registrar.

U.S. PHONE & FAX NUMBER FEES
Once a phone or fax number is provisioned in your name, this fee is non-refundable.

ANY SERVICE AFTER PROCESSING HAS BEGUN
Once we have begun work on your order (reflected by a status change in your Client Dashboard to "Processing" or beyond), no refund is available for that service.
6. Registered Agent Renewal
The first year of Registered Agent service is included at no extra charge in all formation plans. Renewal beyond the first year is NOT automatic.
To renew:
- (a) contact us at info@bridgelyx.com;
- (b) submit your request at least 7 business days before expiration;
- (c) confirm payment at the price published on our Website at the time of renewal.
Failure to contact us in time may result in a lapse of your Registered Agent service.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund:
- (1) Email info@bridgelyx.com within 24 hours of payment;
- (2) Include: your full name, order reference number, and reason for cancellation;
- (3) Do NOT initiate a chargeback before contacting us — see Section 9.
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and notify you of our decision within 2 business days of receipt.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Our processing time:
- 3–5 business days from approval (processing on our end).
- Additional 5–10 business days on your bank or card issuer's side, depending on your institution.
Total typical timeline: 5–15 business days from approval.
9. Chargebacks
We do not dispute legitimate refund requests. If you have a billing concern, please contact us FIRST at info@bridgelyx.com. We will work quickly to resolve any issue.
Initiating a chargeback for a charge that does not qualify for a refund under this policy (for example: after processing has begun, for non-refundable state fees, or for completed services) constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- (a) contest the chargeback with full documentation of services rendered;
- (b) suspend or terminate your account and access;
- (c) pursue collection of costs and damages incurred.
We encourage direct resolution — it is faster, simpler, and avoids complications for both parties.
