5. Prohibited Uses & Industries
Our Services are unavailable to individuals or entities engaged in:
- (a) illegal drugs or controlled substance distribution;
- (b) online gambling, betting, or lottery operations without proper licensing;
- (c) adult entertainment, escort services, or pornography;
- (d) unlicensed firearms or explosives manufacturing/distribution;
- (e) cryptocurrency exchanges without regulatory approval;
- (f) debt settlement, credit repair, or payday lending;
- (g) multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes;
- (h) identity theft protection or credit monitoring services;
- (i) bail bonds;
- (j) shell banks or bearer bond operations;
- (k) counterfeit goods, illegal imports/exports, or IP infringement;
- (l) any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful enterprise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Services at our sole discretion.
6. Payment Terms
All fees are in U.S. dollars (USD) and due in full at the time of purchase before we begin processing. Service fees are exclusive of state filing fees ("State Fees") paid to government agencies on your behalf. State Fees are disclosed prior to checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice; changes do not affect confirmed orders.
7. No Automatic Renewals
Important Notice
ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY BRIDGELYX ARE ONE-TIME PAYMENTS. WE DO NOT OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS, RECURRING BILLING, OR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF ANY SERVICE.
To renew a service (such as Registered Agent after the first year included in your formation plan), you must contact us proactively at info@bridgelyx.com.
Renewal requests must be received at least seven (7) business days before your current service expires. Renewal pricing is at the rate published on our Website at the time of renewal.
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- (a) provide accurate, complete, and truthful information;
- (b) notify us promptly of any changes;
- (c) comply with all federal, state, and local laws;
- (d) understand we file based solely on information you provide — errors caused by inaccurate submissions are your responsibility;
- (e) acknowledge sole responsibility for post-formation compliance.
10. Post-Formation Responsibilities
Once your entity is formed, you are solely responsible for:
- Annual report filings
- Franchise taxes
- BOI/FinCEN compliance
- Maintaining a registered agent in good standing
- All other ongoing legal obligations
We may provide courtesy reminders but these do not constitute legal advice and create no liability on our part.
11. Intellectual Property
All Website content is owned by BBetterConsultants LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate your access at any time without notice for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of promotions. Outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Contact info@bridgelyx.com first for informal resolution. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Albuquerque, NM (or virtual).
The arbitrator may award actual damages and equitable relief, but not punitive damages. Each party bears its own costs unless determined otherwise.
The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and federal U.S. law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For non-arbitral matters: exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
